N EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES For FOREING EMPLOYMENT is a Foreign Employment Agency, Licensed under the provisions of Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment ACT No: 21 of 1985 to carry on business of a Foreign Employment Agency.

PROCEDURE:-

Advertising in Media, calling for application for employment in the relevant fields of services. Interviewing by a Panel of Interviews consisting of Professionals in the relevant areas.

QUALITY OF THE SELECTION PROCESS

A. 30% allocated for performance at the interview.

B. 40% allocated for experience in the relevant field. Independent inquiries are made from the past employers

C. 20% allocated for Educational qualification - for verification we check with the Department of Examination. Proficiency in English is considered an essential requirement.

We interview and select both males and females as per the Job Order and applications are called only from candidates between the age of 22 and 54+


After having selected suitable applicants they are directed to undergo a medical lint performed by a recognize Medical Institute.

Finally the required documents pertaining to the selected applicants are sent to the Foreign Agents who are responsible for the recruitment of Manpower. They are invited here to Sri Lanka to interview the selected applicants personally.
